Crystal Palace FC
Implementing a player welfare programme is a must for clubs at the top tier of English football and a requirement of the Premiere League. We were tasked with helping coaches build upon their natural leadership qualities and incorporate high performance philosophies into their current coaching system.

Support coaches while incorporating player wellbeing and high performance development initiatives amongst the Crystal Palace FC Academy.
What We Did
Through a series of workshops, presentations and one-to-ones, we explored the practicalities of high performance coaching.
Outcomes
Coaches felt equipped with practical tools they could easily apply to real time sessions with their players.
