BODY - ENERGY - AWARENESS - MIND

Simply, the acronym B.E.A.M, body, energy, awareness and mind captures and surmises the true essence of deep and consistent body breath movement, pranayama, concentration and mantra based practices. Years of introspection, research and study into the ancient volumes of pranic knowledge led to one conclusion, internal and external yoga works. Especially in three predominant ways, metabolically, emotionally and volitionally. 

Self study led to self realisation, an inner illumination from the inside out. Still to this present day a continual process of development through the non negotiable application of anatomy, spirit, consciousness plus the vast expansive ebbs and flows of the mind. BEAM is ultimately a condensed version of the limbs of yoga for modern day living.

The fact is, the BEAM technique is perennial, the collective practice has stood the test of time and will do forever more. For the current times we live in, there are many practitioners that have reignited and rebranded ancient breathing methodologies to make the practices digestible and beneficial for the upliftment of global consciousness. Notably in today's world where individual minds are dissipated, communities are under severe stress plus society as a whole is under all sorts of pressures.

Pathfinder BEAM offers a way to constructively reengineer our most important device and technology, a bridge to the depths of our being, to the inner and outer reaches of  our trinity, the body, mind and soul.

As you attune your body to the subtle flow of energy, you become acutely aware of the interconnectedness between breath, movement, and the vibrational currents within. Each intentional gesture and breath becomes a cue, guiding the alignment of your energy, promoting a sense of balance, and stimulating the flow of vitality. It all started when…

My pranayama journey all began when I met a yogi in India. I had embarked on a soul-searching adventure to the mystical land of spiritual enlightenment, seeking answers to questions I couldn't quite articulate. While wandering the breathtaking mountains of the Himalayas, known as the abode of god. It was there that I first encountered a yogi whose wisdom seemed to emanate from his very being. Under his gentle guidance, I began to delve into the transformative world of pranayama, the art into the dimensions of the breath. The yogi taught me the sacred rhythms of inhalation and exhalation, showing me how the breath could be harnessed to still the mind and awaken the spirit. Each day, as the sun set over the Ganges, I would join the yogi and a group of fellow seekers in a profound practice of pranayama, surrounded by the serene beauty of Devprayag, the confluence of the Ganga. It was there, in that sacred space, that I discovered the immense power of the breath, and my journey into the depths of self-awareness truly began. India had given me the gift of pranayama, a transformative experience that would forever shape my understanding of both the outer and inner worlds.
