Simply, the acronym B.E.A.M, body, energy, awareness and mind captures and surmises the true essence of deep and consistent body breath movement, pranayama, concentration and mantra based practices. Years of introspection, research and study into the ancient volumes of pranic knowledge led to one conclusion, internal and external yoga works. Especially in three predominant ways, metabolically, emotionally and volitionally.
Self study led to self realisation, an inner illumination from the inside out. Still to this present day a continual process of development through the non negotiable application of anatomy, spirit, consciousness plus the vast expansive ebbs and flows of the mind. BEAM is ultimately a condensed version of the limbs of yoga for modern day living.
The fact is, the BEAM technique is perennial, the collective practice has stood the test of time and will do forever more. For the current times we live in, there are many practitioners that have reignited and rebranded ancient breathing methodologies to make the practices digestible and beneficial for the upliftment of global consciousness. Notably in today's world where individual minds are dissipated, communities are under severe stress plus society as a whole is under all sorts of pressures.
