The EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0) is a professional and reliable measure of emotional intelligence. It is the latest version of the renowned BarOn EQ-i, the world's most popular emotional intelligence assessment.

This questionnaire measures an individual's emotional intelligence in 5 composite areas with 15 separate sub-scales by asking candidates how frequently they use different emotional skills. Interpretation of scores on each scale focuses on the importance of achieving a balance across the profile.
